BANR’s Guidleines & How to prepare for your first day
Accessibility: There is no fixed seating in the venue, however there are chairs throughout the space, where you are welcome to take respite. Our work takes place in found and non-traditional spaces. Meeting all current accessibility standards is not feasible due to the age of the building, the duration of this temporary occupancy, and the limited public capacity and performance time. This unique space has 2 levels separated by 5 steps and our additional staff are prepared to assist any audience member navigate between the levels. We make every effort to make our temporary homes accessible to all patrons, however we recognize we are not able to consider every possible access need. COVID-19: Due to intimate and interactive nature of the work, and for the consistent safety of our guests and cast, we are requiring masks for all performances of From on High.
Photosensitivity: Strobe and other intense lighting may be used in this production and may not be suitable for those with photosensitivity.
Bag/Coat Check: Bags and large coats will not be permitted inside From on High. A complimentary coat/bag check will be provided, however space is limited. Please plan ahead.
Photography/Video: Cameras and phones are not permitted anywhere inside the offices except for the entry lounge area.
How to dress for success: You will be on your feet for the entire evening. Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. Heels are strongly discouraged.
Appropriate workplace behavior: Disrespectful, lewd behavior, or any form of harassment towards performers, crew or other audience members will not be permitted and will result in the guest’s immediate removal from the premises.
Refund policy: Refunds can not be guaranteed for From on High, however we will do our best to accommodate a ticket exchange requests. For ticket exchange requests, please contact us at info@oddknock.com.
Age Restrictions: From on High is recommended for guests 16+. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Please note, this work may contain scenes with nudity and distressing content.
Parking: There is limited on-site parking that we anticipate to fill up early, however there is street parking available on Larimer and the adjacent streets. Please allow additional time for parking, especially on the weekends and Rockies' game days.
Public Transportation: The offices are easily accessible via a short walk from the 44 and 48 bus lines. The 44 Bus line stop at 26th and Larimer is the most direct stop at the building.
